We are so excited to introduce the Delite Lee Dumpling Collection — an exclusive assortment of whimsical edible images created by Delite Lee, cake pop artist, instructor, content creator, and treat maker Laura Lee Yagelski.
For more than a decade, Laura has been creating sweet treats, sharing techniques, and helping other makers bring their ideas to life. Her Delite Lee community has grown around something she truly loves: making decorating feel approachable, creative, and fun.
The Delite Lee Dumpling Collection brings that same personality to an adorable little character that can be dressed up for just about any occasion. From playful Halloween costumes and cozy fall favorites to Christmas, birthdays and other celebrations, each dumpling has its own personality while still feeling like part of one sweet, recognizable collection.
These edible images are perfect for petit fours, cake pucks, cake pops, chocolate-covered treats and more, giving treat makers an easy way to create polished, eye-catching desserts without having to hand-pipe every detail.
Laura originally used the dumpling designs on her own 1½-inch petit fours, and seeing the characters come to life on the finished treats inspired an entire collection. Each design was created with versatility in mind—cute enough to be the star of a dessert, but simple enough to coordinate with different colors, themes and occasions.
