Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Policy
We happily accept returns for our stock designs and decorating supplies. Please note that customized images cannot be returned. For a return to be eligible, your item must remain in its original condition and unused in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at rita@acustomcookie.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we'll provide you with detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is necessitated by an error or defect on our part.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items), are ineligible for returns. This includes any item for which you have provided the image or requested personalization, as these are considered custom products.

Refunds
Once we've confirmed an order cancellation, your refund will be swiftly processed within 24 hours. In the case of returning an item, we'll promptly notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. Following this, we'll inform you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that the timeframe for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.

Shipping
For guaranteed expedited shipping we offer FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Standard Overnight, both of which come with a guaranteed delivery timeframe. When you don't require a delivery guarantee, we offer USPS Priority Mail. We always strive to provide the best possible service, but we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date for USPS shipments. Please note that while we can ensure the package is promptly taken to the post office, the subsequent shipping process is beyond our control. As such, refunds will not be issued for USPS delayed packages.

Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed as long as you request a cancellation before your item has been shipped.
