13,500 Lines/Inch Double Axis Diffraction Grating Sheet - Perfect for Chocolate Treats!

Elevate your chocolate creations with our premium diffraction grating sheet, featuring 13,500 lines/inch on a double axis. This durable sheet measures 1 ft x 6 inches and is crafted from high-quality PET material—the same reliable plastic used for water bottles.

Designed for use with couverture chocolate and compound chocolate, this sheet works best with tempered chocolate to achieve stunning results. To ensure proper usage:

•    Important: Please read package directions thoroughly before unpackaging the sheet from its protective film and using
•    Using the Correct Side: The sheet has a grooved side you can feel with your fingernail. If unsure, test with a small drop of chocolate on each side to determine the correct surface.
•    Handling and Care: After washing, the sheet may curl. To keep it flat during use, secure it with magnets on a metal pan or carefully tape it to your working surface.

Ideal for creating stunning patterns and holographic effects on chocolate treats, this sheet is reusable and designed to maintain its pristine condition with proper care:
•    Use gloves to prevent fingerprints and keep the surface clean
•    Wash gently by hand in warm (not hot) water with mild dish soap. Avoid abrasives. Use only your hand and soap.
•    Store only when dry, in a clean, flat location to prevent scratches, crinkles, or bends.
